Detailed Pricing
TurnKey prides itself in always giving a client complete and detailed line item pricing. Scope and quality within the project budget will be maximized with the assistance of the design team, internal management and the user groups. Each trade is competitively bid to ensure the lowest and best possible price for the project. Cost estimates developed by TurnKey will provide accurate budgets. Project and document reviews will assure correct projects and avoid expensive overruns.
Safety
TurnKey is committed to always performing work in a safe, reliable manner. Safety is never compromised, not for schedule or budget. This claim is backed up by TurnKey never once having an OSHA safety violation in its history. In addition, we enjoy one of the lowest workers compensation experience modification factors in our industry.
Quality Control
TurnKey believes that quality is not achieved by inspecting a completed project. Our quality control begins in planning, coordination, and inspection of the construction for the duration of the project. A written quality control report will be issued at the end of each inspection to ensure a high level of quality. Every effort will be made to incldue the Owner and Architect in this process. An action and issues list will be prepared by TurnKey’s Project Manager and reviewed at the weekly trade-contractor coordination meetings. A final closeout process including a commissioning program will be provided to ensure that the Owner is trained in the operations of the building.
